== Special Mechanics ==
Marksman's special abilities are [[Flag Tag]] and [[Scavenged Teleportation Array]]. With the first, they can tag a flag by rightclicking the flag's beacon with the item. Afterwards, they see all changes to the flag's status in the chat and in their [[Cithare Compass]].
The latter works similar to an ender pearl. On teleportation, it creates an immortal entity (totem) on the Marksman's original position, which can be teleported to by using the item again. The totem despawns on doing so. This entity lasts 30 seconds. This ability has cooldown of 3 minutes, starting from the despawning of the totem. The totem also despawns on death.
They also have the passive ability to forecast [[weather]]. The player can see when the next rains starts and how long it's going to last in their TAB menu beneath their K/D/A numbers. Note that this only shows natural rains. Rain created by [[Wizard|wizards]] is ignored by this ability.

Marksman should attempt to steal as many kills from their teammates as possible, since they have a small bounty base value and slow bounty scaling.
Try to stay outside of melees and snipe enemies instead - use your only advantage well.
Marksmen usually fit well together with [[Gladiator|Gladiators]] because of their weather forecasts.
