It is located next to an epynomous crossroad between the road to Last Watch, the road to Cithare and the Old Road, which leads to Zamar. The flag itself is placed in the middle of a stone structure resembling Stonehenge. Four barrels containing various common and uncommon loot as well as one rare slot are nearby.
